Recordkeeping

Malvern uses a recordkeeping system developed and maintained by InvestLink. This system uses innovative technology built from the ground up by InvestLink's experts in the defined contribution business. For more information visit invlink.com. All recordkeeping functions are provided by Malvern employees using the InvestLink system. InvestLink provides this service to over 500,000 participants and 15,000 plans.

Rollover Distribution Services

RolloverSystems, Inc. provides Malvern Benefits Corporation with rollover distribution services, including automatic rollovers. RolloverSystems is the leading provider of technology-based 401(k) and 403(b) rollover products and services for financial institutions, plan sponsors, and HR technology companies. Trading Partners

Malvern has trading access to more than 7,000 mutual funds giving plan sponsors and their advisors the flexibility to build a fund menu to fit their needs. The options range from investing in any single fund family without any trading fees to building an investment menu from a large group of funds from multiple fund partners in these instances. SunGard and Fidelity Advisors charge fees for these services. Many of the funds available through these entities pay revenue sharing fees to Malvern. These fees are applied against as a direct offset to the SunGard and Fidelity fees.

Malvern is an approved Third Party Administrator for ING, Prudential Financial, and Lincoln Financial Group.
